Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Personalized items may need additional production time. Estimated timing will be shown with the item or communicated after purchase.
U.S. shipping
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guarantees. Parcel Poetry is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Returns
Unused, non-personalized items in their original condition may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Personalized goods, food, final-sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email info@parcelpoetry.online or call us at (330) 338-1947 within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
